Your individual side elevating work platforms

Our side work platforms provide comfortable and safe access to the side and roof area of the vehicles. They are available as freely movable or track-guided lifting work platforms.

The freely movable side work platforms can be equipped with a non-contact side guide, for example with induction loops, ribbons or coding strips along the track system.

The gap between the lifting platform and the vehicle contour is closed with a retractable telescopic platform.

Product

For work in the roof area, two parallel side work platforms should be used if possible, which create a closed, safe working area by means of swivelling safety railings.

If only a single side work platform is used, the working area on the roof can be secured by a retractable end railing; however, in this case, personal protective equipment (PPE) must also be used.

Our side work platforms are equipped with a safety key concept that is connected to your overhead line control system so that lifting the stage is only possible when the overhead line is switched off.

The side work platforms are used for the maintenance and maintenance of rail vehicles: for the maintenance and replacement of pantographs, air conditioners and similar components on the roof of the vehicle, for work on the sides of the vehicle, etc.
